Dot Business Systems builds Dot Book - the Club Compliance Edition, a record-keeping system for South African private cannabis clubs.

It keeps the five records a club lives or dies by: a member register with the age check recorded, batches tracked to the gram, a distribution log tying member to batch to grams to date, a cultivation log from grow to harvest to batch, and a money book that produces numbered Member Contribution Statements - never a retail receipt, because a club is not a shop.

The register refuses to hand out grams a batch does not hold. Corrections are struck through, never erased. Staff sign in with PINs and roles, so the owner decides who may see money, and every action carries a name and a date.

Dot Book runs on your own tablet and works fully offline. Your member register never sits on a stranger's cloud server - you hold your book the way you hold your keys. Your data exports to standard files, so you can leave at any time with your book in hand.
