Very bad service. I lost 5k!!!

I received details from a friend of mine who has used them before and never had issues.
However I placed an order on the 28th of August and I'm still waiting.
Supposed to be delivered by Pudo and unfortunately communication poor and blaming supplier for having flu and being in bed.
Its now 12 days and I have nothing nothing waybill nothing
Highly disappointed as I was told they were reliable in the past and items delivered promptly.
