Talk about “started from the bottom now we’re here”. Vape Chains started in 2016 as a small home-made Vape Juice DIY kinda vibe, with the aim to launch our products into the big world one day. Our very first brand, being Vapaflava, launched with a mere 50 bottles (5 Flavours) in stock and absolutely no idea as to how we are going to market and sell our product. Fast forward 5 years and along with a business remodel, rebranding, new flavours, and a couple good learning curves, Vapaflava is now thriving.
Now we don’t want to bore you with a 2000-word essay on the Vision, Mission, objectives and so forth of Vape Chain, so here it is. Our Mission as Vape Chain is simply to provide the best possible experience for all our customers, this includes the Juice, the service, the order efficiency, the product selection…the juice again, pretty much from when you first enter our website all the way up until you order our amazing products again.
Vape Chain does, however, have one very specific goal in mind. Our goal is to cover every market there is for Vape Juice. This means we plan to cover every single flavour type, nicotine type, hit type, price type, and every other profile possible within our own brands. This means you can experience any Juice profile that your heart desires with the comfort of consistency in any of our Juices.

I placed an order for Relislim based on the advertised 3-day turnaround time. It has now been 11 days with no waybill, no delivery update, and very poor communication.
The product was advertised as a GreenFingers product, only for me to later be told it is sourced elsewhere. This is misleading.
I had to continuously follow up for feedback, and instead of accountability, I received dismissive responses. This experience has been unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this service.

I really miss this place it was such an amazing experience meeting such awesome and down to earth people here. It's such a shame to see what happend when the owners trusted the people they thought were friends and had their business stolen from them.
